Ice-Skating au Pays du Mont Blanc

Le Pays du Mont Blanc has three indoor ice-skating rinks that are open all year, and so are good to visit in the summer months as well as in the winter!  In addition, there are many outdoor ice-skating rinks, often set up right in the centre of town, that open during the winter holiday season for a limited period; these are often full of festive fun!  Both options are well-equipped for small children, as they offer sliding chairs and other skating aids like penguins and seals, and attachable skates.

Today’s post will outline the indoor ice-skating rinks in Chamonix, Megève and St Gervais and a post later in the year will highlight some of the seasonal offerings . . .

Chamonix’s indoor ice-skating rink is part of the Centre Sportif Richard Bozon.  It measures 60m x 30m and houses the 100 year old Ice Hockey Club, and offers figure skating and ice-hockey lessons and matches.
